How much does liposuction cost in Dublin?
Most people pay €2,200 to €7,000: €2,200 to €4,500 for one area, €3,000 to €7,000 for two, €3,500 to €7,000 for three or more.
Is liposuction weight loss?
Liposuction is not a weight-loss treatment: it takes away stubborn pockets of fat at a steady weight. It won't shift cellulite or stretch marks, and it doesn't tighten loose skin.
Who will contact me?
One Dublin clinic, not five. We pass your enquiry to one clinic, and they contact you to arrange a consultation with a surgeon.
How do I check a Dublin surgeon?
Every doctor practising in Ireland must be registered with the Medical Council, and only a doctor with specialist registration can practise independently as a specialist. For liposuction, check for the Specialist Division entry in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery on the Medical Council's online register before you book.
How long off work?
About a week for a desk job for most people; longer for physical work.
Can I get the DART or Luas home?
Better not: book a lift. After a general anaesthetic an adult must drive you and stay with you for 24 hours.
